Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket or using the City Sleuth app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Tickets and Purchases
Each ticket is valid for one team of up to 6 players. Where a game offers more than one play mode (such as Solo), the mode is selected at checkout, priced accordingly, and fixed at purchase. Premiere tickets are tied to a specific date window selected at checkout. Open Play tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Tickets are non-transferable.
Refunds
Premiere tickets may be refunded up to 48 hours before the start of the Premiere window. Open Play tickets are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Participation and Safety
City Sleuth takes place on public streets. Participants are responsible for their own safety and must comply with all local laws and regulations. City Sleuth Games Inc. is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation in the game.
Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward other players, members of the public, and City Sleuth staff. We reserve the right to disqualify any team that engages in unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, or behaviour that is dangerous or disruptive.
Intellectual Property
All game content, puzzles, branding, and materials are the property of City Sleuth Games Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share game content without written permission.
